Characteristics

The carbon fiber heating wire is an energy-saving electrical heating wire, uses import advanced carbon fiber as the heating element, has high mechanical strength, long service life and light weight, can be bent into various shapes and made into types of heating element combination modules, and is suitable for various heating occasions. It has the following characteristics:

1. High far infrared emissivity, 3 times higher than common metal heating wire.

4. Resistance characteristic of absolute linearity, resistance accuracy control within ±3%.

5. Flexibility, folding resistance and stretching resistance, do not break after continuous bending for 50,000 times (national standard 10,000 times), and unchanged resistance value.

6. Tensile strength is 3-4 times higher than steel, rigidity is 2-3 times higher than steel, fatigue resistance is 2 times higher than steel, weight is 3-4 times lighter than steel, and thermal expansion coefficient is 4-5 times less than steel.

7. Do not oxidize or age, durable.

8. More than 98% electric heating conversion efficiency, power and energy conservation.

9. Under operating current, the clad material is not damaged even breaking for 5,000 times (30 times/minute); no damage under positive pressure of 9.8 Newton/cm2.

Technical Parameters
The outer layer is cladded with 105°C resistant flexible pvc or 200°C resistant silicon rubber and 280°C resistant Teflon and fluorine plastic.

1. Under normal temperature (maintaining heating), insulation resistance is more than 500mω, withstand voltage is 4,500v (ac), and leaking current is less than 0.002ma.

2. When the whole wire is soaked for 2h, withstand voltage can reach 3,750v (ac), no fire fighting or breakdown, leaking current is less than 0.002ma, and mechanical strength is more than 500mω.
